The Countryside Commission is responsible for the various rights of way initiatives currently under progress, including the reclassification for the year 2000 target a now unachievable target and is responsible for the rights of way network and its publicity.  Also a source of information regarding any countryside access issues, from landowners' responsibilities to how to get a path designated as a right of way.

The Best 4 wheel drive ever produced, Enough said, Check it out.

Probably the UK's largest voluntary organisation.  Large land owner (also having recently acquired the Snowdonia National Park) with a major role to play in rights of way and other conservation issues.
